The Premise: Certain attributes are indicative of business success. Put another way, businesses having certain attributes are likely to be more successful than business without certain attributes because they have better control over costs, pricing power and client conversion.
Knowledge is power. The questionnaire helps determine whether businesses have the knowledge which increases the likelihood of success.
While businesses can be successful in the absence of some/many of these attributes, the more attributes that exist, the healthier the firm is because they have better controls and better pricing power in the market place.
By asking businesses what their knowledge levels surrounding these attributes are, we can measure economic vitality of a group of businesses.
